Shipping policy

We ship Australia wide! Delivery will proceed from our Sydney warehouse located in South Windsor. All of our shipments are comprehensively insured and we have negotiated excellent rates for our customers. Any damage occurring will be reclaimed by us. All of our furniture items are well packaged. Some furniture is flat packed and some items are already assembled. 

We offer subsidised shipping at a flat rate of $99 within Metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane metro areas, Canberra, Gosford, Wollongong, Newcastle areas! For a limited time only, we are offering FREE delivery to these mentioned metropolitan areas for all online orders over $1495. Please note exclusions do apply for instances including but not limited to Clearance and Floor Stock.

If your delivery address falls outside the locations mentioned above, don't worry. We are committed to accommodating our regional and interstate customers. We offer a shipping subsidy and will work with you to minimize shipping costs. If you have added items to your cart and do not see a shipping price at checkout, please email or call us with the items you want delivered, along with your suburb and postcode. We will contact a carrier to obtain a shipping quote for you. 

The freight rates listed on this site for deliveries outside of Sydney cover services provided by one driver with ground level access. For larger deliveries or locations with difficult access, customers are required to assist in unloading the truck. Please let us know if you require us to arrange for an assistant as this will be an additional charge.

Customer pick up is generally available from our South Windsor warehouse in Sydney Monday-Friday between 8.30 and 3.30pm. Please call ahead to arrange. This ensures that your items are prepared in advance and someone is available to assist you when you arrive.  

Certain items may be eligible for collection from one of our two Sydney showrooms. Please note that this must be arranged directly with the showroom and applies only to items such as flat-pack benches, side tables, or a maximum of dining two chairs. Due to the nature of our showrooms, which are designed for display purposes, we do not have the space or loading dock access for larger items. For work health and safety reasons, customers are required to transport the items to their own vehicle.
