Many, many years ago, virgin timber was used to build several different structures such as: houses, boats, bridges, and even wharves. This wood, removed from its once forgotten life and recycled to make a magnificent new life, is what’s referred to as reclaimed timber.

After a multitude of seasons weathering, strengthening and increasing its durability, reclaimed timber becomes a premium material for building furniture. Its unparalleled character, due to the historical significance of each and every mark, makes it a truly unique offering that differentiates it from generic wood.

Teak furniture has always been a favourite for outdoors. However, we have found over the years an increasing interest in the popularity of reclaimed teak outdoor furniture. Whilst it is relatively rare to find due to it being in limited supply, when used in furniture making it brings a lot of character and charm. Each piece looks and feels unique. The finish, slightly raw and rough, but chunky has a warmth and sense of age, stability and quality.
