Key Responsibilities:

- Motivating and Mentoring the Caringbah staff to drive sales and meet KPIs

- Managing customer's expectations around ETAs 

- Scheduling and facilitating deliveries and payments

- Leading by example by serving customers and driving sales on the shop
floor.

- Rostering

- Managing VM and upkeep of store presentation

- Customer Service Experience
